Practical instructions for managing your WordPress website with confidence.
| Guide | What you will learn |
|---|---|
| Edit an existing page → | Find a page, work with blocks and nested layouts, change text and images, update the hero, and save changes. |
| Add and publish a page → | Create a draft, choose page settings, preview your work, publish, and add a way for visitors to find it. |
| Menus, images & files → | Add pages to navigation, arrange dropdowns, replace images, and link to documents. |
| Navigate a multisite network → | Switch dashboards, identify the active site, and understand site versus network administration. |
| Users, roles & site access → | Create users, add existing accounts to selected sites, choose roles, and change or remove site membership. |
The top toolbar helps you switch sites or view the website. The left menu opens the tools for the current site. Inside a page editor, Document Overview → List View shows the layout, while Settings → Page / Block controls the page or selected item.
These generic guides cover WordPress multisite and the 52Hz block-editor setup, including Stackable layouts and optional 52Hz Page Hero fields. Screens and labels vary by theme, plugin, WordPress version, and your account permissions. You may see Save instead of Update, or Add Page instead of Add New.
Use an existing approved layout where possible. Shared templates, network settings, plugins, and account access need more care than everyday text changes. If a tool is missing or something does not match your screen, contact 52Hz Media through your usual support channel.
